Dan is a full-time real estate investor with a land and development business on the active side and a portfolio of residential rentals on the passive side.
At 16, he had his first real estate experience. By his junior year in college, he began reading about different types of investments and businesses that were passive and would allow him to receive passive income without constant input. Fast forward to the present, and he has made several acquisitions, worked on a mixture of new development, land investing, and wholesaling, and is always on the lookout for a property that makes sense as a long-term buy and hold.
