It's been one of those days! So we're gonna start tonight with a Dark and Stormy. My version is made with Reed's zero sugar extra ginger, ginger beer, Queen Charlotte's rum – made right here at the Muddy River Distillery in Gaston County. In my good glass, of course!
I'm not actually making supper because, for those that have had a day like mine, we could use some comfort food. So tonight we're gonna make banana bread! Now if you've never made banana bread you might not know that the sketchier and browner your sad little banana is, the better it's gonna be. So grab your brown bananas, and don't even think about skipping the secret ingredient, Duke's Mayonnaise!
Use your mini loaves so you have a couple of spares to share with someone that could use a pick me up! Y'all this is all gonna be alright.
