It is that time again! Today we are cooking up another Italian classic, lasagna! It can't get much better than gooey layers of meat, cheese, and pasta... unless of course you serve it with a glass of wine! In our lasagna, we covered all our bases with both sausage and ground beef, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses! I snuck in a little nutrition by using whole grain lasagna noodles, but don't tell my kids.

All you need is a few minutes to make the batter, and 20 minutes or so to bake and SHAZAM. Cornbread from scratch, that even I can do. Oh, and you can, too!
