Hey friends! If you've watched my mashed potato recipe and you're looking for an equally easy main to pair it up with, then I have the perfect recipe for you!
Today we are cooking pork chops seasoned with hidden valley ranch mix (my kids will eat anything with ranch mix on it). The seasoning is done right in the pan, so no need to marinade in advance and no extra dishes to clean up after dinner, leaving me with more time to enjoy my Basil Hayden's bourbon!
- Bone in or boneless pork chops
- Hidden Valley Ranch mix pack
- Olive oil
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat.
Add in pork chops and season with salt, pepper, and ranch mix.
Cook for 2-3 minutes depending on thickness
Flip pork chops and season the second side
Cook until the interior temperature reaches 160
Pairs amazingly with my Ridiculous Mashed Potatoes!
