How do you build it out, how do you manage it better? And we know that a lot of our agents struggle with this. They know great people, they do great business, but they don't really know how to cultivate over time. I'm going to give you some of my best practices, tons of content, and ideas, and things that you and your agents can implement today to be more profitable in the remainder of 2019, and then set up for an amazing 2020.
This was an amazing opportunity last year for our brokers to bring recruits in to get a taste of the brand. Highly encourage you to rent movie theaters, have a giant brunch, include your lenders and inspectors and title companies to come and sponsor. And then invite the recruits so they can get to know your amazing agents, because I still believe the agents at RE/MAX are the absolute best in the business, so it's a wonderful opportunity for that.
Make this a fun and positive “event”, not only showing it to your agents, but also use it as a recruiting tool to showcase RE/MAX. Most importantly, let's raise a tremendous amount of money for Children's Miracle Network!
