Leigh Brown, Past President of NC REALTORS® (2023), spoke at the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS®, held at Millwood Station in Winchester, Virginia, on September 11, 2024.

Leigh brought two sessions to Winchester, both aimed squarely at the questions the 2024 NAR settlement forced onto every agent. The first, "What Are YOU Worth? Articulating the REALTOR® Value," gave members language to talk about fees with confidence rather than apology. The second, the "3 W's of Attracting New Listings," walked through winning listings by "altering your mindset, using solid data, and educating customers." This is a broker who still runs her own firm, so the scripts she hands out are ones she uses, not theory borrowed from a textbook.
