In today's recipe we are going to be using the same skills we learned in the "Sheet Pan Dinner" recipe but with a bit of a kick! To start off we are going to marinate our steak in an ancho lime mix and then we will prep up the vegetables.
Notice that I prep the veggies and marinate the meat in Ziploc bags, that way I only have one pan to wash after all is said and done!Baking the dinner is a breeze, although it does require some attention as you will have to add the steak and change the settings on your oven about halfway through.
If you give the recipe a try, let me know how it turns out for you in the comments!

This classic Southern recipe has many variations but it’s easy to make and delivers a creamy, sweet & tart refreshing flavor that’s perfect for these hot summer days.
“Another of my favorites! This is a good last minute dinner, because it can be broiled in less than a half-hour. If your husband calls in the afternoon to ask if he can bring someone home for dinner, say "yes" and serve this along with a good tossed salad and a good dessert and everyone will be please with the dinner.” ~ Betty Feezor
