It’s a lot like a classic lasagna casserole, but easier to make and without lots of layers or broken noodles! You will love this tasty, quick and easy recipe! I mean what is better than noodles covered in a rich homemade and home spiced spaghetti sauce and ooey-gooey thick Mozzarella?
The casserole idea is this: Disparate elements are combined, sauced, topped, and baked until yummy. In the noodle casserole, pasta and sauce canoodle in the oven so that the former absorbs the flavor of the latter and softens deliciously, while the cheese topping merrily bubbles and browns. So, let's get gooey and get your daily dairy, my fickle-35-degree-friends and lets get to cooking! Our Italian friends are watching — so let’s make ‘em proud!

This recipe is great for making ahead of time! Once assembled you can keep it in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Or make it ahead of time and freeze for a future date! Freeze this prepared meal in a tightly sealed dish for up to a month. Leave it in the fridge the night before to thaw and then bake according to the instructions. And this recipe is great if you like leftovers! Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to a week and reheat it in the microwave until warmed through. You’re Welcome!
