Welcome back to Cooking with Leigh Brown! I know you all are thrilled and excited wondering what my family is going to have for supper this evening. Well, since it has been such a busy day, I decided to cook up a simple, delicious meal which requires minimal clean-up. That’s right, today we are cooking a one sheet pan dinner. We will roast some amazing pork loin and vegetables all together with nothing more than some salt, pepper, and olive oil!
Clean up is a breeze if you use your parchment paper to line your pan and a one-gallon Ziploc bag to shake and season your ingredients.

Hey friends, tonight in My Kitchen! My Rules! I’m going to show you how to fix a good ole’ watermelon. Now make sure to check out your local farmers market when going to buy your watermelon, get the one with the yellow down at the end, it's going to have a better flavor.
This is one of those suppers that can be made if you are in the real estate business or any business where you work long hours. I hope you enjoy my easy beef vegetable stew that's ready in 40 minutes "ish" tops. Let me know if you made it and it came out good.
Just like y'all, we like to cook out, be outside to sit, and drink things like beer. I have my Cabarrus Brewing Vanilla Coffee Blond from right here in Concord, NC at the Gibson Mill. I'm going to show you how to make a delicious cheeseburger by adding some extra special ingredients to your ground chuck.
