Hey friends, welcome back to My Kitchen! My Rules! with your perfect July 4th picnic addition. You already know the secret to an amazing homemade burger from my previous video. Now let's make that into a delicious Carolina burger! For those of you that have never had a Carolina burger or dog, that means it's going to have to have chili and coleslaw!
I am using a few of my favorite ingredients, Duke's Mayonnaise, Inglehoffer Original Stone Ground Mustard, a little Dixie Crystals sugar, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, celery seeds, Morton's kosher salt. Then whisk in a bag of coleslaw cabbage already mixed up.
We will have this on some burgers and hotdogs, and have a good time with our friends celebrating America on this 4th of July!
