2022 REALTORS® Legislative Meetings

Leigh Brown, a licensed auctioneer, took part in the 2022 REALTORS® Legislative Meetings, the National Association of REALTORS® gathering held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center near Washington, D.C., May 1–6, 2022.

The Legislative Meetings are, in NAR's words, "where NAR members take an active role to advance the real estate industry, public policy and the association", Capitol Hill visits, special-issues forums, committee meetings, and the REALTORS® Trade Expo, all under one roof for the first time that year. It is the advocacy heart of the profession, and it draws the members who show up for the business rather than the spotlight: committee volunteers, federal political coordinators, and the local members who came for the expo floor. That is the crowd Leigh has spent her career among.
