Leigh Brown, author of Next Is Now, presented "Building a Future Proof Business" for the Cobb Association of REALTORS® on March 30, 2022.

The Cobb Association built its session around one question every broker eventually asks: what happens when the market changes? Leigh's training took it head-on, finding inventory where there isn't any, preparing for foreclosures if they come, and building a business resilient enough to survive whatever the market does next. The association promised "insights, data and most importantly, some action items," which is exactly the register Leigh works in: less prediction, more preparation. The point wasn't to guess the future. It was to be ready for it, whatever shape it takes.
