The premise cuts to the bone of what most agents dread: talking about their own fees. As legal challenges brought "buyer's agency compensation structures into question," this session taught "a process for evaluating business models and crafting articulation plans that justify fees while prioritizing client interests." It's vintage Leigh, the belief that if you actually deliver value, you should never apologize for charging for it. She has built her own brokerage on exactly that conviction, and a January webinar was a well-timed place to hand agents the language to do the same.
