Leigh Brown, author of Next Is Now, spoke at the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® event held at the Historic Ritz Theatre in Brunswick, Georgia, on November 8, 2023.

The day was built around two three-hour CE classes, "10 Tips You Can Implement Now" in the morning and "Thriving No Matter What!" in the afternoon. As Leigh framed the first session in the association's own listing, the tips apply "whether you're a REALTOR®, mortgage lender, car salesman, entrepreneur", anyone out there interacting with the general public who wants to create a more positive client experience. A broker who still runs her own firm, she used the afternoon session to work through how a professional agent keeps a business healthy when the market and the economy shift underfoot. Both halves point back to the same practical through-line that runs through her keynote topics.
