Leigh Brown, Past President of NC REALTORS® (2023), spoke at Greater Chattanooga REALTORS®, presenting "What Are You Worth? Articulating the REALTOR® Value" in person at Chattanooga State Community College in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on April 17, 2024.

This was the deep-dive version, a two-hour in-person course rather than a quick keynote. The billing was direct: equip REALTORS® to "navigate the changing landscape of the real estate business model" in the wake of the DOJ lawsuit and settlement pressure. Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® gave members two hours of it, and Leigh walked the room through buyer-agent compensation, securing buyer agency agreements, and holding a fee conversation without flinching. A broker who still runs her own firm brought scripts she'd already stress-tested with real clients.
