An education fair is a working day for a board: members come to fill CE requirements and pick up something they can use, and the board builds the schedule around speakers who deliver both. Leigh anchored the Kanawha Valley fair as that kind of draw, a broker who still runs her own firm, talking to agents about the parts of the job that actually move the needle.
