Long Island Board of REALTORS® Ethics Training

Leigh Brown, a keynote speaker for REALTOR® associations in 49 U.S. states, presented the Long Island Board of REALTORS® Ethics Training, a virtual session held online on November 4, 2024.

This one was a working webinar built around the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, the training members needed on the books by the end of 2024, not a stage show. In the association's own words, the goal was for agents to walk away with "a better understanding of how to use and put the Code of Ethics to work in your day-to-day business and help your buyers and sellers understand the value of a professional REALTOR®." That is Leigh's lane: turning a compliance requirement into something an agent can actually use in a listing presentation on Monday morning.
