NC REALTORS® Winter Leadership Meetings

Leigh Brown, a Certified Residential Specialist, spoke at the NC REALTORS® Winter Leadership Meetings, the association's Vision Quest program held in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, January 27–31, 2025.

Vision Quest is NC REALTORS®' pipeline for its next generation of volunteer leaders. In the association's words, members take part "because they are getting ready to take on future leadership roles on a local association's board or committee." Leigh has stood exactly where those members are headed, she served as president of this same state association, which makes her a fitting voice for a room of people stepping into leadership for the first time. She can tell them what the work is really like once the title is on the door, not the brochure version.
