Leigh Brown, broker/owner of One Community Real Estate, spoke at Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS® Continuing Education, held at Receptions in Erlanger, Kentucky, on August 23, 2022.
This was continuing education with teeth. The day paired "Substance Over Ego 2.0" with "REALTOR to REALTOR: Professionalism as a Business Tactic", CE hours agents actually needed, taught by a broker who still closes deals rather than a full-time trainer. In the association's framing, the goal was to help members "find all the data, stats, and industry trends" and "be the professional the ® brings to the table." Practical, required, and worth the seat time.
