Leigh Brown, author of the Amazon #1 The 7 Deadly Sins of Sales, spoke at the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Committee session, held at the association's offices in Cary, North Carolina, on October 25, 2022.
The topic was professionalism, REALTOR® to REALTOR®. In the committee's framing, Leigh came to offer "fresh thinking on professional courtesies, how to play well in the sandbox and moving forward with better peer to peer relationships." That is not a soft subject in her hands. How agents treat each other shows up in every transaction, and she made the case for raising the bar without lecturing the room to do it.
