RE BarCamp Emerald Coast

Leigh Brown, a keynote speaker for REALTOR® associations in 49 U.S. states, was the keynote speaker at RE BarCamp Emerald Coast, the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® "un-conference," held at the Destin–Ft. Walton Beach Convention Center on September 4, 2024.

RE BarCamp is a deliberately different animal. In the organizers' words, "there are no formal presentations or speeches except for the keynote speaker", the whole day runs on peer-suggested breakout sessions where agents share what actually works. Leigh held that one formal slot. It's a fitting role for someone whose material has always been more conversation than lecture; an un-conference full of REALTORS® swapping real tactics is her kind of crowd, and the keynote sets the tone for the day.
