2024 REALTORS® Legislative Meetings

Leigh Brown, a licensed auctioneer, spoke at the 2024 REALTORS® Legislative Meetings, the National Association of REALTORS® advocacy gathering held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., May 4–9, 2024.

The Legislative Meetings are NAR's advocacy week, when, in the association's words, "thousands of members assemble in Washington, D.C., to conduct the business of NAR" and carry the profession's issues straight to lawmakers. It's a policy room, not a sales room, and a fitting one for Leigh, who has run for office herself and spent years telling agents that the future of their business gets decided in rooms like this one, whether they show up or not.
