Residential Real Estate Council RRC - No Ghosting Webinar

Leigh Brown, a Certified Residential Specialist, presented the Residential Real Estate Council's "No Ghosting" webinar, Making Your Life More Productive, a one-hour virtual session for RRC members on April 28, 2022.

This one ran online, straight to members' screens through RRC, the council behind the CRS designation Leigh holds herself. The topic was ghosting, the way going silent has crept into our business, personal, and even civic lives, and what to do about it. In the association's framing, the session promised "some humor, some really good data," and action steps agents could actually put to work. As a CRS talking to CRS candidates and holders, Leigh wasn't speaking down to the room; she was speaking across it, peer to peer.
