Leigh Brown, Past President of NC REALTORS® (2023), taught the pre-conference Instructor Bootcamp at the Residential Real Estate Council's Sell-A-Bration® 2022, held in Phoenix, Arizona, in early March 2022.
Sell-A-Bration® is RRC's marquee gathering, the council behind the CRS designation, drawing top-producing REALTORS® who came, in the Council's words, to "increase their referral networks, build new connections and learn fresh, ready-to-implement strategies." Leigh's role went a layer deeper than the main stage: she ran the full-day Instructor Bootcamp, training the people who go on to teach other agents. Teaching top producers is one thing. Teaching the teachers is another, and that is the assignment she took in Phoenix.
