Strategic planning is quieter work than a keynote and arguably harder, it's the room where an MLS decides what it wants to be over the next few years. Leigh is candid, practical, and allergic to fluff, which is what a planning table actually needs: not a motivational sugar high, but someone who will ask the uncomfortable question and keep the group honest about trade-offs.
