Leigh Brown, the "No B.S." real estate broker and a keynote speaker for REALTOR® associations in 49 U.S. states, served as emcee and moderator at the Tri-Counties Association of REALTORS® WOW, Words of Wisdom Event, held at the Pacific Palms Resort in City of Industry, California, on May 25, 2022.
Not every date on a speaking calendar is a solo keynote, and this one wasn't. At the Tri-Counties WOW Event, Leigh ran the room as emcee and moderator while Terry Watson delivered the keynote, the person who keeps a program moving, reads the audience, and makes the featured speaker land. It is a different job than headlining, and it takes someone who has worked both sides of a microphone to do it well. The event sold out, which is its own kind of review.
