Kim Knapp, CRS, launched her real estate career in 2000, achieving remarkable success by selling $6 million in her first year and becoming her company’s top producer. By 2005, she was not only leading a thriving team but also training and mentoring other agents. Today, Kim continues to sell real estate while managing her team, delivering dynamic training sessions, and speaking at industry events nationwide. Kim is also a CRS Certified Instructor.
Her leadership extends beyond sales and training—she actively serves on her local MLS Board and the Board of REALTORS® Educational Task Force. She is also the founder of one of the largest REBar Camps in the country, fostering collaboration and innovation within the industry.

Leigh Thomas Brown, CRS, is a strategic leader, business owner, keynote speaker, and best-selling author who helps professionals lead boldly, grow strong businesses, and serve with purpose.
