Cheesy, Beefy, and Delicious, Doritos Casserole Recipe

Hey friends! Today we are making something that even the pickiest and whiniest of kids will love by combining taco night and casserole night into one (and drinking a Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy while we do it)! That's right y'all, we're making Doritos Casserole! This dish boasts layers of Doritos, beef, noodles, and cheese, so it's not exactly healthy, but it is more than just delicious, and you know what? It is a great excuse to get your family walking around the neighborhood with you to burn it off!

The noodles in this dish help to stretch the meal and ensure that you will have a fridge full of leftovers for tomorrow's lunch, and the add on's are easily customizable to fit your family's taste (pick your favorite salsa, Doritos flavor, "cream of" soup, taco seasoning, etc). I used Texas Pete because, for one, it tastes good, and two, it is made right here in North Carolina! Also, a special shout out to my McCormicks onion and garlic for added flavor.

And for all of y'all keeping count, this is the THIRD recipe in a row where we are baking at 350!
