Hey friends, tonight in My Kitchen! My Rules! I’m going to show you how to fix a good ole’ watermelon. Now make sure to check out your local farmers market when going to buy your watermelon, get the one with the yellow down at the end, it's going to have a better flavor.
There are many things that remind Southerners of summertime, and at the top of the list you’ll find a cold, juicy slice of watermelon. And for all my Yankee friends that may not know, the best way to eat watermelon is to add a sprinkle of salt!
We will use all of the watermelon tonight, even the not so beautiful, left over bits that we’ll soak in tequila…ahh, a refreshing watermelon margarita cocktail.
As always, if you use my suggestions to cut up a watermelon, let me know how it turns out in the comments!

Clubhouse ... It's not just 'another app' - I promise! And if you're an extrovert like me, it's a perfect fit for us to chat away, share info/perspectives that we may not hear otherwise. And it's SO GOOD to hear and be IN conversations again, after so long. It is also great for introverts to listen in and still participate.
