NC REALTORS® Convention and Expo | REALTOR® to REALTOR® Relationships

Leigh Brown, broker/owner of One Community Real Estate, presented "REALTOR® to REALTOR® Relationships" during the NC REALTORS® Convention & Expo, held virtually as part of the association's centennial, October 12–20, 2021.

NC REALTORS® turned 100 in 2021 and marked it with a virtual convention, more than 40 sessions its members could join from anywhere. Leigh's early-morning session went at something associations rarely put on the main stage: how members treat each other. Professionalism among peers, being a team player, and what to do when things go sideways. Coming from a broker who has served this very association's members for years, it read less like a lecture and more like a family conversation about keeping the profession honest with itself.
