NC REALTORS® Convention and Expo | The REALTOR® of the Future

Leigh Brown, author of Next Is Now, presented "The REALTOR® of the Future" during the NC REALTORS® Convention & Expo, held virtually as part of the association's centennial, October 12–20, 2021.

Part of NC REALTORS®' 100th-anniversary virtual convention, this session took on the question underneath a lot of agents' anxiety: how do you stay relevant when client expectations shift and no one can read the market's crystal ball? Equal parts humor and hard truth, Leigh's answer ran toward the concrete, insights, data, and action items an agent could put in place to build a business that holds up whatever comes next. Preparation over prediction, from someone who has weathered a few cycles and lived to talk about them.
